  • WEEK 7

    11TH NOVEMBER – 18TH NOVEMBER

With WE LIT we are currently pushing the NYE event. As there are only few big ones it is highly needed to be one step ahead. The capacity is over 2000 with sale going pretty much well, however, the last weeks is where everything counts a bit more.

We as well announced concert of Victony coming up.

  • WEEK 6 – Osamason & Black Friday

    4TH NOVEMBER – 11TH NOVEMBER

We hosted Osamason, and this show ended up being one of my personal highlights. It was the first time I was solely responsible for shooting and editing the official after-movie, and it did numbers.

The show it itself was in very good energy and vibes, It always is good to see your team succeed

Ballin sales are going very well with highest numbers we ever had. We are still pushing to sell out the old seasonal clothes. With Black Friday and Christmas Season it gives another great opportunity to really push it and reach our set goal.

  • WEEK 5

    28TH OCTOBER – 4TH NOVEMBER

I travelled to London for some time, and as well shoot for a magazine BTS and beauty class event. Both were unpaid but it was my ever first experience having shooting jobs in London. This allowed me to be once again more comfortable in what I do even when it is outside my usual workspace.

In Prague we had Dina Ayada for a club show and as I always do I asked if she had visual ready. She did not so with inspiration from her tour graphics I started working on colour changing moving chrome title. I as well added her signature butterfly. It was quite quick self initiated project however it is something I would like to do more in future.

Ballin Every Season was featured at Recover event, which had multiple Pragues insetting brand selling in one place. More of a street style market. This setting was beneficial because it was adding value to our brand.

  • WEEK 4

    21ST OCTOBER – 28TH OCTOBER

This week was all about Ballin Every Season. With the long on going speculation about rebranding the old website we also wanted to reshot the entire collection, therefore all the clothes have cohesive background. Previously there were pictures from various of shoots different by each previous drops. Product photography is quite a challenge for me as it is quite hard to make the clothes as much as appealing as possible laying down flat.

Further more I had to redesign the whole web – we were still unsure if we would use Shopify or use secondhand company. There was clear push from their side for us to grab. What I did not like was that there was this slight manipulation of “you will get paid now”. And the impatience in my coworker Ibrahim to have a profit was visible, however in the long run we would be loosing some authorship over the merch and as well percentage. We are already paying percentage to people who do our export .

(re-designed example by the other company – look of our old web)

Behind the scenes, we were having real debates about how to move forward with the website—whether to sell out for convenience or build something from scratch that actually represents us.
The example they sent us was once again bait old school and the template they were going from was very restrictive. As well as the idea of being reliant on other party if urgent things are needed is never a good idea. So at last we went with Shopify and built it ourselves. It meant more work, no extra pay, but I wanted to learn, and I believed in it.

While building it there was a certain time restrained but I was trying to be as consistent and not get distracted with other work so we meet our agreed deadline. We did over ran it at last. I used other street fashion brands as inspiration. Trying to find what would suit our brand in style. As presents in shopify were quite restricting I used custom code to do the moving masquerade on top, cover image with custom button and more. The products site design it self was a plugin that we then adjusted accordingly. There needed to be a slot as well for trainings and kemps. Those two pages I fully designed with custom blocks. I am not super expert with coding but with help of AI and working through whenever the code has mistakes and asking the right question, I achieved what I was content with.

Besides that there needed to be advertisement prepared for when we do the update. The “New Website” discount went live, the visuals were sharper, and everything felt like it was finally starting to align.

(3D laptop render with screenplay I used in the final promo video of the new website drop)

  • WEEK 3 – RICH AMIRI CONCERT

    14TH OCTOBER – 21ST OCTOBER

Week three was all about the Rich Amiri concert. Leading up to it, I was fully focused on social media. I was posting constantly, building up hype, and making sure everything from promo visuals to ticket updates was getting out on time. At the same time, I was helping keep things organised behind the scenes so nothing was missed. The concert was smaller and the tickets were not as sold out as we would have liked. Therefore the last push and strategies were needed. We decided to create discounts to all visitors of Ken Carson concert.

The show itself went great. I got to work with Rich Amiri’s videographer and we created an official after-movie together. That experience gave me a better look into how artists work with their own creative teams. A lot of them have one person handling everything—video, photos, graphics—and it made me think about what’s possible and that it would be something I would like to be involved in the future. It also made me realise how rare it is to see women doing that role, which is something I’d love to change one day.

  • WEEK 2 – Slower Pace & a BTS Music Video Shoot

    7TH OCTOBER – 14TH OCTOBER

The second week was a lot slower compared to the first. Most of my work focused on simple social media tasks—mainly consistent posting and promo for the upcoming Halloween event with WE LIT. Nothing too crazy, just making sure the page stayed active and the event stayed on people’s radar.

Aside from that, I also got the chance to do a BTS shoot for a music video by Czech artists Bae and Ben Cristovao for their song Srdce jo, hlava ne. It was a last-minute call, but I was excited to be part of it. The shoot had a relaxed vibe, and it was interesting to see the process from the other side—behind the camera instead of on-stage or at a concert. It gave me a new angle to explore creatively, and I was happy to add it to my portfolio.

  • WEEK 1 – 2n2 Street Match & Ken Carson Concert

    30TH SEPTEMBER – 7TH OCTOBER

The first week included two majore events – Ballin Every Season 2n2 street match and Ken Carson concert.

The 2n2 match was more relaxed but still required a lot of content. It had a real street vibe—music playing and a great energy overall. It was one of those things we organised mainly for the community. I focused on getting visuals that matched that atmosphere. I taken on photography as well as helping around with the organisation.

The Ken Carson concert was a totally different experience. Much bigger crowd, more pressure. Originally indoors, we had to move it outdoors last minute because of the high demand. Over 6,000 tickets sold. The weather wasn’t great, which made the setup harder—mud everywhere—but the turnout was still strong.

Nonetheless the people brought the energy and it was one of those moments where I felt I was at the right place.

From a creative side, it was tough. We weren’t allowed in the photo pit, so I had to work around that and shoot from the crowd or distance. At that point, I didn’t have the confidence yet to bend the rules, but I still managed to get some decent shots. One of my TikToks got reposted by his fan page, and even Ken’s official account shared it. That gave me a huge boost and made me feel like I was doing something right.

Besides that during the week I was responsible for creating informational graphics, but considering the style of the artists visuals.
